Booking terms
The conditions proposed for a future automated booking flow operated by an approved flight seller.
1. Who provides the flight
Cabin Atlas provides the search and comparison interface. Before any future payment, the checkout must identify the licensed booking provider, contractual seller, Merchant of Record, ticket issuer, operating airline and applicable provider terms. The flight and payment contracts will be with the parties named at checkout, not inferred from the Cabin Atlas brand.
2. Prices and payment
The selected booking provider must refresh the offer and display the final amount, currency, taxes, fees and any card surcharge before payment. The disclosed seller or its payment provider must collect the traveller's payment. Cabin Atlas will not hold airfare or receive the complete card number.
3. Card authorisation
The cardholder must be authorised to use the card and must approve the exact seller and final amount shown by the provider-owned checkout. The card issuer or payment provider may require 3-D Secure authentication.
4. Traveller information
Names, dates of birth and contact details must be accurate and match the traveller's travel documents. Incorrect information can cause rejection, fees or an inability to travel. The first release supports one adult traveller and does not support bookings requiring identity-document details.
5. Fare conditions
Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and other conditions are controlled by the selected fare and supplier. The traveller must review and accept the exact conditions shown at checkout. A lower fare may be non-changeable or non-refundable.
6. Confirmation and uncertain outcomes
A booking will be confirmed only after the contracted booking provider returns a valid booking reference, ticket evidence and completed payment status. If confirmation is pending, the traveller must not make a second booking. Cabin Atlas may display the provider's verified status and a support reference.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Requests are subject to the fare, airline and booking-provider rules, availability and quoted fees. The disclosed seller and servicing provider will be responsible for executing approved changes, cancellations and refunds. Cabin Atlas must not describe a refund as complete until that provider confirms it.
8. Fraud prevention
Cabin Atlas and the selected booking provider may require account verification, limit booking activity or decline unusual transactions. Necessary booking and security information may be shared with the disclosed seller, payment and fraud-prevention providers as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Support
The selected booking provider must provide the booking, payment, ticketing, change, cancellation, refund and disruption support disclosed at checkout. Cabin Atlas may provide the interface and route the traveller to that provider. Never send full card details or security codes to Cabin Atlas support. 10. Visa and additional travel services
Airport services, visa services and other optional products are separate from the flight. The named provider supplies the live product, confirms eligibility and price, collects payment, fulfils the service and applies its own cancellation, refund and support terms. ComfortPass supplies eligible Meet and Assist, lounge and transfer products through its hosted booking journey. For eVisa Express, the provider-hosted application collects passport information and documents directly. Government authorities control visa and entry decisions, and purchasing an application service does not guarantee approval or admission.
